By accessing or using LanoBoost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. LanoBoost reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Description of Service

LanoBoost is a social media marketing (SMM) reseller panel that provides promotional services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, and engagement across various social media platforms. All services are delivered digitally.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

LanoBoost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and Deposits

All deposits are made in USD equivalent. By adding funds to your account, you agree that:

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account balance
• Account balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn
• Deposit bonuses are promotional credits and may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Minimum deposit amount is $1.00 USD

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital social media services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and submitted to our service provider, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. In cases where a service genuinely fails to deliver (as determined solely by LanoBoost), a balance credit may be issued at our discretion — not a cash refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use LanoBoost to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Use the service for any illegal promotional activity
• Create multiple accounts to abuse bonus systems

7. Service Delivery

LanoBoost acts as a reseller. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, platform algorithm changes, or account restrictions on the user's social media profiles. Orders marked "Completed" by our provider are considered fulfilled.

8. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are credited when a referred user successfully creates an account using your referral link. LanoBoost reserves the right to revoke referral credits if fraudulent activity is detected, including self-referrals or fake account creation.

9. Limitation of Liability

LanoBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of followers, account suspension by social media platforms, or business losses. Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
